Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit, subject to the cancellation policy of the business or practitioner providing your treatment.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Where permitted by the provider, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment with sufficient notice.
