Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm

Our out of hours emails and calls are monitored between 6pm and 9pm each day after the office closes.

Please ensure you bring a form of ID used for travel when you come for your test. For all testing we only accept a passport or travel ID card (with correct passport/travel ID number) as valid forms of ID. If you cannot provide this, then unfortunately we will not be able to carry out your test – A DRIVING LICENCE IS NOT ACCEPTED

Please note we do not print out certificates. All companies accept electronic versions.

Please note at busy times, the antigen results can take up to an hour.

 
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited and in high demand. When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. However, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice in order to allow another customer access to that appointment time.
 

Cancellations — 48 hours or more in advance will receive a 80% refund

Cancellations – 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund
 
Exceptions
The Mandatory Testing for Inbound Travel (Day 2) If you do not have the test, for any reason whatsoever (other than a failing on our part), the cost is non-refundable.  Please note that if a positive test result is produced for a day 2 test the results will need to be sent for genomic sequencing in accordance with Public Health England requirements. By accepting these terms, you consent to this.

Travelling to Spain

The documentation you must present on entry when travelling from the UK to Spain is determined by your reason for travel.

If you are traveling to Spain for tourism you must show valid proof of one of the following:

  • being fully vaccinated (with both doses of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a one-dose vaccine) at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain (date(s) of vaccination must be specified).

  • a negative COVID-19 test: either a PCR taken within 72 hours prior to departure, or an antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to departure.

  • having recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months. You can also use a medical certificate or recovery record to prove your COVID-19 status on entry to Spain.

There are some different entry requirements for children under 12 years old.
