Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment provided you give more than 72 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required when rebooking.
