Patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment for any treatments including full head colour, root balayage, hair toner, eyelash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, tinting and any semi permanent makeup.
All deposits made when booking an appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please understand that appointment slots are limited and in high demand. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call the relevant salon to make them aware.
We operate a no-notice period policy, meaning that the deposit will be lost even if you have given notice within a certain time period.
