Deposits for beauty and aesthetic treatments can be transferred or moved if you need to reschedule only outside of 72 hours before your appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours before your appointment the full deposit will be taken and to rebook you will need to do so online. All HAIR deposits are non refundable and non transferable regardless of the time frame you cancel or reschedule in.
Please note, gift vouchers are non-refundable and are only valid until the date shown on the front. We are not liable for any damage or loss to vouchers purchased from us and replacements cannot be offered.
All services are carried out under the company liability of BW Beauty & Aesthetics Academy LTD.
Please be aware that during treatments, there may be instances where students are both presenting and performing the procedures. Prior to these sessions, we will ensure that all participants are comfortable with this arrangement through a thorough check.
Rest assured, all treatments will either be conducted by or closely supervised by a fully qualified tutor. This oversight guarantees that all procedures are performed safely and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
